Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules for civil infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Utilize project management software to track and analyze project data.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate project status and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven experience as a planning engineer in civil infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in project management tools and software - MS & Prima.P6.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

مقدمة الوظيفة:
نبحث عن مهندس تخطيط ماهر ذو خلفية قوية في مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية. سيكون للمرشح المثالي دور أساسي في التخطيط والجدولة وتنفيذ المشاريع، مع ضمان إتمام المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وبشكل فعال.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير خطط ومواعيد تفصيلية للمشاريع الخاصة بالبنية التحتية المدنية.
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين وأصحاب المصلحة لجمع متطلبات المشاريع والقيود.
- متابعة تقدم المشاريع، تحديد المخاطر المحتملة، واقتراح استراتيجيات التخفيف.
- استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع لمتابعة وتحليل بيانات المشاريع.
- إعداد تقارير وعروض لتوصيل حالة المشاريع وتوقعاتها للإدارة.
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات
- خبرة مثبتة كمهندس تخطيط في مشاريع البنية التحتية المدنية.
- إتقان أدوات وبرامج إدارة المشاريع - MS & Prima.P6.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشاكل قوية.
- مهارات اتصال والعمل الجماعي الممتازة.
