Fixed Asset Analyst
About the job
Job Purpose
To contribute to the control and accounting of Capital Expenditure (Fixed Assets) and Purchase coordination in line with Accounting principles and ENOC group policies and procedures.
Principal Accountabilities
Functional Support Services (Fixed Assets)
- Execute the accounting of fixed assets and capital expenditures through processing monthly Capital ER closeouts in coordination with relevant business entities within the agreed timelines in line with accounting principles and procedures.
- Submit various reports and status of the projects to Management.
- Provide administrative support to Management on Budget and Forecast (Planning) exercise, implementation of policies and procedures related to Fixed Assets at ENOC group level in line with ENOC vision and mission.
- Provide administrative support on continuous IT system development in the areas of Fixed Assets and Purchase Order Processing system.
- Compile yearly asset schedule for audit and liaise with Internal / External / Government Auditors to provide necessary inputs and initiate timely corrective actions in line with auditor reports and management advice.
- Update and maintain Fixed Asset Register capturing all assets, periodical depreciation, audit schedule, and any other relevant information in line with ENOC policies and procedures.
- Support conducting periodical reconciliations of Fixed Assets accounts, including depreciation, provision, shop orders to general ledger, investigating exceptions, and resolving the same.
- Timely prepare monthly and yearly management/stakeholder reports to Management covering Monthly Investment Expenditures status, Capital Budget utilization, Unpaid commitment, etc.
- Conduct physical verification of group assets and update management via periodical reports along with variations, if any identified.
- Liaise with Intercompany/relevant stakeholders and be responsible for providing accurate financial services with regards to Fixed Assets.
- Prepare periodical management reports covering financials/KPI/BSC reports for all entities applicable for review and approval.
Experience
- Educational Qualification: A university degree in accounting qualifications.
- System Skills: ERP system exposure, knowledge of Fixed Asset, POP, and General ledger Systems. Expert knowledge of Excel.

Senior Specialist Industrial Hygiene - Temporary

Job Purpose
To provide the full array of occupational hygiene compliance services, support, and related health educational programs as part of the overall Occupational Health Services for ENOC and its affiliates, as directed by the Chief Medical Officer.
Principal Accountabilities
- Contribute to the achievement of overall team goals by providing support and direction to the Chief Medical Officer and supporting the wider Occupational Team and beyond.
- Provide theoretical and practical on-the-job training in occupational hygiene principles, procedures, and methodologies for the occupational team.
- Collect and process risk assessment data, determine the program needs, and communicate these to the Chief Medical Officer.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s qualification in Occupational Hygiene or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., BOHS Diploma (UK), ABIH CIH (USA), ROH (Canada), or COH (Australia)).
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in occupational hygiene in an appropriate industrial environment(s) or consultant hygienist role.
- Analytical and research skills, including data analysis, investigative analytical skills, and the ability to research and present key information in a clear and concise way.

Assistant Fire Instructor - Emirati Talent

The Assistant Fire Instructor will support the fire training programs and personally conduct some of the training while assisting the Fire Instructor in carrying out the required fire and emergency response trainings.
Principal Accountabilities
- Supports delivery of both theoretical (classroom) and field-based training in a safe environment.

Job Purpose
This role acts as the Technical Advisor and Subject Matter Expert on Inspection for the entire plant. The role ensures the application of engineering and technology skills, as well as offering expertise in the development and support of inspection processes and change requests for the Operations and Maintenance Departments.
- Ensure that all external and internal legislative requirements are completed in relation to the inspection of process equipment in the plant.
- Responsible for developing and implementing inspection procedures in compliance with current industry and legislative requirements.
Principal Accountabilities
- Design procedures and work instructions for effectively inspecting and reporting plant assets (equipment and piping).
- Review current standards, codes, and policies to ensure that the inspection activities are adequate and compliant with industry practices and legal guidelines.
- Control and monitor all procedural activities to ensure the data acquired is accurate and consistent.
- Organize, initiate, and supervise inspection activities to be carried out efficiently and consistently.
- Plan inspection activities based on the Risk-Based Inspection methodology and ensure that process equipment requiring integrity inspection is addressed.

Qualifications

- 12-15 years of experience in in-service inspection in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Industry or 10 years with Mechanical Engineering Degree.
