Job Purpose

Responsible for executing tasks related to quality and process management frameworks

Conduct initial quality audits, collect and analyze quality data, support improvement initiatives, and enhance process efficiency
Key Accountabilities
-
Assist in developing comprehensive policies, processes, and systems management framework in coordination with business units
-
Support execution and improvement of organizational process maturity in PCFC periodically
-
Implement process improvement cycle based on best practices and approved standards
-
Conduct quality improvement plans and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
-
Ensure compliance with local and international standards and stay updated on best practices
-
Prepare process and quality audit plans and communicate to all concerned departments

Execute quality management systems audit plans and prepare audit reports

Follow up on corrective actions based on audit outcomes

Measure and review key process performance indicators

Collect data to identify trends and report performance against quality metrics

Conduct external research to benchmark against global best practices

Prepare periodic reports highlighting progress and achievements
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)

5–10 years of experience in asset management, preferably in commercial real estate (marine operations a plus)

Strong financial acumen and analytical skills

Proven track record in enhancing asset value and executing strategic initiatives
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
-
Familiarity with UAE market and regulatory environment is a plus
