Service Technician

Mobility is the goal

You perform all service, call-backs and repairs on customer’s equipment in an efficient, effective, and professional manner to provide outstanding customer service following the security rules.

You respond to all call-backs that are assigned in a timely manner and be available for call-back coverage during regular work hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.

You work in a cooperative and sharing manner with other technicians to provide the highest overall customer satisfaction for the branch.

You keep the customer informed regarding the condition of their equipment, preventive and corrective repairs, and discretionary repairs or modernizations.

You comply with all safety policies and requirements of Schindler and the customer.

You complete all required data inputs in a diligent and honest fashion; these include time reporting, parts usage, call back reporting, maintenance performance and repair work reports.

Mobility needs you

ITI or diploma holder, or vocational / technical course certificate holder

Minimum of two years’ service/maintenance experience in the elevator and escalator industry

Proven track record in testing and commissioning will be an added advantage

Must have good communication skills – both written and verbal

Interior Designer Inspector

About the job

We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer Inspector / ID Inspector to join our supervision team for a prestigious Building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interior fit-out, finishing, and architectural works for residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure that all interior and finishing works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

Coordinate with the Site Engineers, Contractors, and Consultants to resolve site-related issues.

Review materials, mock-ups, and workmanship to ensure quality compliance.

Monitor progress, report deviations, and verify completed work against project milestones.

Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and sustainability requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years of experience in interior/fit-out inspection for building projects in the UAE (Dubai experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, and quality control procedures.

Familiarity with international codes and Dubai Municipality regulations.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

مفتش تصميم داخلي

نبذة عن الوظيفة:

نبحث عن مفتش تصميم داخلي / ID Inspector ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريق الإشراف على مشروع بناء مرموق في دبي. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي خبرة قوية في التشطيبات الداخلية، وأعمال التأثيث، والأعمال المعمارية للمشاريع السكنية والتجارية أو الأبنية عالية الارتفاع.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

إجراء تفتيشات يومية في الموقع لضمان توافق جميع الأعمال الداخلية والتشطيبات مع الرسومات والمواصفات والمعايير المعتمدة.
التنسيق مع مهندسي الموقع والمقاولين والاستشاريين لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالموقع.
مراجعة المواد والنماذج الأولية وجودة الأعمال لضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة.
متابعة تقدم العمل، وتقرير الانحرافات، والتحقق من الأعمال المنجزة مقابل مراحل المشروع.
إعداد تقارير تفتيش يومية وأسبوعية والحفاظ على التوثيق المناسب.
ضمان الالتزام بجودة المشروع ومتطلبات السلامة والاستدامة.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

درجة البكالوريوس أو الدبلوم في التصميم الداخلي / العمارة / الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تفتيش الأعمال الداخلية/التشطيبات للمشاريع الإنشائية في الإمارات (يفضل خبرة في دبي).
معرفة قوية بالتشطيبات والمواد وإجراءات ضبط الجودة.
الإلمام بالرموز الدولية ولوائح بلدية دبي.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتنسيق.
