Site Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor on-site QA/QC activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, drawings, and codes/standards

• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation including ITPs, checklists, and inspection records

• Conduct material inspections for signaling and asset protection equipment

• Review installation documentation and test results; ensure compliance through audits and daily site visits

• Oversee handover process through Inspection Test Reports (ITRs) covering materials, installation, and testing & commissioning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Railway Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in signaling design within international railway projects, preferably Siemens products

• Effective communication with suppliers and customers

• Skilled in project management and technical documentation

• Proficient with ProjectWise for document control

• Expertise in signaling installations, testing, and commissioning

• Knowledge of Telecom and Power systems, subsystem integration
