Key Responsibilities

Design & Artistic Creation

• Create and execute a wide range of floral arrangements for online orders, retail, corporate clients, and marketing campaigns.

• Ensure all designs meet Floward’s “What You See Is What You Get” standard.

• Stay current with global floral trends and adapt them to Floward’s collections.

Operational & Event Support

• Oversee and support large-scale orders and event setups (weddings, corporate events, activations).

• Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.

• Monitor flower storage and handling, ensuring optimal care and freshness.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Work with marketing and category teams to support campaigns and promotional shoots.

• Provide creative input for product launches and collections.

Procurement Officer

Skills and Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are advantageous.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in a procurement or sourcing role.

• Familiarity with vendor evaluation, contract review, and supply chain coordination.

• Exposure to ERP/procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement platforms.

• Ability to analyze quotes, pricing structures, and market conditions.

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Category Specialist (Jewellery & Fashion)

Skills and Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in category management, merchandising, or buying, preferably within jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.

• Experience in portfolio curation, vendor negotiations, and category planning.

• Exposure to GCC markets and consumer behavior is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Strong computer literacy with category management or ERP tools.

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational and planning ability.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.

• Passion for fashion, jewellery, and luxury markets.

Treasury Manager

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure treasury operations comply with internal policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation for audits, regulatory inspections, and internal controls.

• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external advisors as required.

Bank Relationship Management

• Act as operational contact with partner banks on facilities, accounts, and treasury products.

• Support negotiation of credit facilities, banking products, and debt instruments.

• Maintain strong relationships with banks to support Floward’s funding and investment needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certification such as CPA, CFA, CIMA, or CMA preferred).

• 7–9 years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance, including multinational exposure.

• Hands-on knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, FX, and hedging instruments.

• Experience with ERP systems, treasury platforms, and banking APIs.

• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.

• Exposure to capital markets and debt instruments is an advantage.

التصميم والإبداع الفني:

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

التعليم:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة الإمداد أو مجال ذي صلة.

• شهادات مهنية في المشتريات مثل (CIPS أو CPSM) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

الخبرة:

• من 3 إلى 5 سنوات خبرة في مجال المشتريات أو التوريد.

• معرفة بتقييم الموردين ومراجعة العقود وتنسيق سلسلة الإمداد.

• الإلمام بأنظمة المشتريات أو برامج الـ ERP مثل SAP أو Oracle ميزة إضافية.

المهارات التقنية:

• إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel وأنظمة المشتريات.
