HSE Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Policy & Compliance
-
Develop and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and manuals aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and UAE regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with statutory HSE laws, permits, and group-level standards.

Regularly review and update licenses and certifications to maintain operational compliance.
Risk Management
-
Conduct workplace hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRA, JSA) and implement effective control measures.
-
Develop and execute emergency response plans and coordinate drills across sites.
Monitoring & Auditing
-
Carry out site inspections, audits, and compliance checks across business units.
-
Track non-conformities and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Incident Management
-
Lead and document accident/incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop preventive strategies.

Maintain incident logs and share lessons learned across all divisions.
Training & Awareness
-
Design and deliver HSE induction and training programs for employees and contractors.
-
Promote awareness campaigns to reinforce a proactive safety culture.

Draftsman - Interior Fit-out
About the Job
Responsibilities
-
Prepare all shop drawing submittals as per contract requirements and IFC/ID drawings.
-
Coordinate with the construction site, subcontractors, and consultants.
-
Produce conceptual, architectural, and interior design drawings when required.
-
Develop Revit and AutoCAD drawings, as well as 2D imagery using applications such as Photoshop.
-
Record and track all drawing distributions in the drawing control register.
-
Prepare main drawings based on specifications provided by the Project Manager.
-
Solve design and coordination issues through creative and lateral thinking.
Must-Have Skills
-
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Draftsman using Revit, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
-
Strong understanding of the Interior Fit-out industry.
-
Proven experience in creating shop drawings according to contract specifications.

إدارة المخاطر:

إجراء تحديد المخاطر وتقييمها في مواقع العمل (HIRA، JSA) وتطبيق تدابير التحكم الفعّالة.

تطوير وتنفيذ خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ وتنظيم التدريبات في مختلف المواقع.
المتابعة والتدقيق:

تنفيذ عمليات تفتيش وتدقيق ميدانية ومراجعات امتثال في الوحدات التشغيلية.
-
متابعة حالات عدم المطابقة وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية في الوقت المحدد (CAPA).
إدارة الحوادث:
-
قيادة عمليات التحقيق في الحوادث وتوثيقها وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية ووضع استراتيجيات وقائية.

الحفاظ على سجلات الحوادث ومشاركة الدروس المستفادة مع جميع الأقسام.
التدريب والتوعية:
-
تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريب وتوعية بالصحة والسلامة للعاملين والمقاولين.

قيادة حملات توعية لتعزيز ثقافة السلامة الوقائية داخل بيئة العمل.

رسام فني – تشطيبات داخلية (Draftsman - Interior Fit-out)
نبذة عن الوظيفة والمسؤوليات:

إعداد جميع الرسومات التنفيذية وفقًا لمتطلبات العقد ورسومات التصميم المعتمدة (IFC/ID).
-
التنسيق المستمر مع موقع البناء والمقاولين والاستشاريين.
-
إنتاج التصاميم المفاهيمية والمعمارية والداخلية عند الحاجة.
-
استخدام برامج Revit وAutoCAD وتطبيقات التصميم ثنائية الأبعاد مثل Photoshop.
-
تسجيل جميع عمليات توزيع الرسومات في سجل مراقبة الرسومات.
-
إعداد الرسومات الأساسية بناءً على المواصفات والتعليمات الصادرة من مدير المشاريع.
-
حل المشكلات بطريقة مبتكرة تلبي احتياجات ومتطلبات المشروع.
المهارات المطلوبة:
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كرسام فني باستخدام Revit وAutoCAD وPhotoshop.
-
فهم جيد لصناعة التشطيبات الداخلية.
-
خبرة في إعداد الرسومات التنفيذية وفق متطلبات العقود.
