هذه الوظيفة جزء من فريق عمليات السحابة والابتكار (CO+I) في مايكروسوفت، مع التركيز على إدارة بناء مراكز البيانات المستأجرة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد لمشاريع بناء مراكز البيانات المستأجرة، والعمل عن كثب مع مديري المشاريع، والمستأجرين، والفرق الهندسية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة وتتبع تقدم مشاريع بناء مراكز البيانات المستأجرة.
- العمل مع مديري مشاريع البناء وفريق الهندسة لضمان التسليم الفعّال في الوقت المحدد.
- تحديد المخاطر وحل المشكلات وضمان مطابقة المشروع للمعايير الجودة والتكلفة.
- التنسيق مع المستأجرين والموردين لإدارة الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع وتقليل التأخيرات.
المهارات والمتطلبات:
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع البناء للإيجار، خاصة لمراكز البيانات.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع والتنظيم.
- القدرة على تقييم المخاطر وتنفيذ خطط التخفيف.
- فهم عمليات البنية التحتية لمراكز البيانات.
