Pay: AED 14,000.00 - AED 15,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of HVAC, MEP, chiller supply and installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance services across diverse sectors including residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and public sector projects.
- Oversee the timely and efficient delivery of projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs while ensuring high-quality performance of all services provided.
- Manage the department’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, manpower, and equipment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, procurement, and project management to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and components by collaborating with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in an electromechanical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical systems and processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- الإشراف على تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المناسب وبكفاءة.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- حل شكاوى ومشكلات العملاء.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية وتقليل التكاليف مع ضمان الأداء العالي لجميع الخدمات المقدمة.
- إدارة ميزانية القسم، مع ضمان تخصيص الموارد والعمالة والمعدات بشكل أمثل.
- إجراء تدقيقات السلامة بشكل منتظم وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية حسب الحاجة.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات بما في ذلك الهندسة والمبيعات والمشتريات وإدارة المشاريع لضمان تقديم خدمات سلسة ورضا العملاء.
- ضمان التوريد في الوقت المناسب للمواد والمكونات من خلال التعاون مع الموردين والبائعين.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصناعة ومعايير السلامة وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
- تطوير ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) لتقييم الأداء التشغيلي ودفع التحسين المستمر.
