As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the creative vision across all social platforms, driving content that resonates with a discerning audience, and overseeing video development and direction. This role also involves significant client-facing responsibilities, including presenting creative concepts, understanding client needs, and ensuring that content aligns with their vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative development of social media content strategies that align with the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and social media specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee the ideation, production, and execution of social media content, ensuring the highest level of quality and innovation.
- Provide creative direction for video content, from concept to production, working closely with videographers and editors to deliver compelling visual narratives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the luxury brand identity, delivering a consistent message that engages and grows the target audience.
- Act as a client-facing creative lead, presenting creative strategies, concepts, and work to clients while understanding their needs and ensuring their vision is reflected in the content.
- Collaborate closely with clients to build strong relationships and translate their brand aspirations into innovative social media strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in the social media and luxury sectors, to continuously enhance content strategy.
- Analyze social media performance and engagement metrics to optimize content and ensure ROI.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in content development and social media management, particularly for upscale or luxury brands.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative direction in both video and social media content.
- Expertise in video production, with a keen eye for storytelling, design, and high-quality visuals.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to confidently present creative work and build strong client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

- تقديم توجيه إبداعي لمحتوى الفيديو، من الفكرة إلى الإنتاج، بالتعاون الوثيق مع مصوري الفيديو والمحررين لتقديم سرد مرئي جذاب.
- ضمان توافق جميع المحتويات مع هوية العلامة التجارية الفاخرة، وتقديم رسالة متسقة تشرك الجمهور المستهدف وتنميه.
- العمل كقائد إبداعي يتعامل مع العملاء، وتقديم استراتيجيات ومفاهيم وأعمال إبداعية للعملاء، مع فهم احتياجاتهم وضمان عكس رؤيتهم في المحتوى.
- التعاون عن كثب مع العملاء لبناء علاقات قوية وترجمة تطلعاتهم إلى استراتيجيات مبتكرة لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- البقاء على اطلاع دائم بالاتجاهات الصناعية، لا سيما في قطاعي وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والفخامة، لتعزيز استراتيجية المحتوى باستمرار.
- تحليل أداء وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ومؤشرات التفاعل لتحسين المحتوى وضمان العائد على الاستثمار.
المؤهلات:
- الحد الأدنى من 7 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير المحتوى وإدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وخاصةً للعلامات التجارية الراقية أو الفاخرة.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وتوجيه فريق إبداعي.
- محفظة قوية تعرض التوجيه الإبداعي في كل من المحتوى المرئي ومحتوى وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- خبرة في إنتاج الفيديو، مع عين حادة لرواية القصص، والتصميم، والمرئيات عالية الجودة.
- فهم عميق لمنصات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، والخوارزميات، وأفضل الممارسات.
- مهارات قيادية واستثنائية في الاتصال وإدارة المشاريع.
- خبرة في الأدوار التي تتعامل مع العملاء، مع القدرة على تقديم الأعمال الإبداعية بثقة وبناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء.
- القدرة على الازدهار في بيئة سريعة الخطى، والعمل على مشاريع متعددة مع مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.
