Job Opportunity: We are currently looking for a Land Surveyor at Altorath International Engineering Consultants L.L.C (AIC) in Abu Dhabi. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for:
Role Description:
- Undertaking measured building surveys using a variety of laser scanning and LIDAR equipment.
- Registration and processing of laser scan survey data into usable point cloud data.
- Analyzing the output data using plans, maps, charts, and software such as CAD, BIM, and GIS programs.
- Quality control by implementing quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain the equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with surveyors/team leader.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years of experience in using laser scanners.
- A degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Experience with point cloud registering software.
- Experience in carrying out topographical surveys would be preferred.
- Familiarity with total stations and GPS technology.
- Good communication skills and a team spirit approach.
- Driving License is essential.
- Experience in using AutoCAD, Revit would be beneficial but not essential.

- التعاون مع المساحين / قائد الفريق.
المؤهلات:
- ثلاث (3) سنوات من الخبرة في استخدام ماسحات الليزر.
- درجة في مسح الأراضي أو الجيوماتكس أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في برامج تسجيل السحاب النقطية.
- يفضل أن يكون لديك خبرة في إجراء المسوحات الطبوغرافية.
- معرفة بمحطات القياس الكلية وتكنولوجيا GPS.
- مهارات تواصل جيدة وروح الفريق.
- رخصة قيادة ضرورية.
- خبرة في استخدام AutoCAD وRevit ستكون مفيدة ولكنها ليست أساسية.
