Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in customer experience or customer service are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience management, customer service, or a related role, focusing on improving customer experience and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in customer feedback tools such as Medalling Quattrics and CRM systems.
- Strong project management capabilities. Experience in a multifaceted role.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and trends with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
