Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Relevant certifications in customer experience or customer service are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience management, customer service, or a related role, focusing on improving customer experience and satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in customer feedback tools such as Medalling Quattrics and CRM systems.
- Strong project management capabilities. Experience in a multifaceted role.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior and trends with the ability to anticipate customer needs.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

المؤهلات وسنوات الخبرة المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة. تعتبر درجة الماجستير ميزة إضافية.
- الشهادات ذات الصلة في تجربة العملاء أو خدمة العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة تجربة العملاء أو خدمة العملاء أو دور ذي صلة، مع التركيز على تحسين تجربة العملاء ورضاهم.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات وتحديد الأفكار القابلة للتنفيذ.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة. الكفاءة في أدوات ملاحظات العملاء مثل Medalling Quattrics وأنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء.
- قدرات قوية في إدارة المشاريع. خبرة في العمل في دور متعدد.
- فهم عميق لسلوك العملاء والاتجاهات والقدرة على توقع احتياجات العملاء.
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
