BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our business development efforts in the banking sector, contributing to our financial growth by securing business from both the banking and retail industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Identifying business opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing deals

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Minimum of eight years of experience in business development, particularly in the banking or retail industries
  3. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  4. Strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  6. Strong market awareness and knowledge of the Cash In Transit industry
  7. Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
  8. UAE driving license is mandatory

نبحث عن مدير تطوير أعمال ديناميكي وموجه نحو النتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح المثالي مسؤولاً عن جهود تطوير الأعمال في قطاع البنوك، مما يسهم في نموها المالي من خلال تأمين الأعمال من كل من صناعتَي البنوك والتجزئة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات العملاء
  • تحديد فرص العمل
  • التفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات

المؤهلات

  1. درجة بكاليوس
  2. خبرة لا تقل عن ثماني سنوات في تطوير الأعمال، لا سيما في صناعتَي البنوك أو التجزئة
  3. القدرة المثبتة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء
  4. مفكر استراتيجي مع سجل حافل في تحديد ومتابعة فرص العمل الجديدة
  5. مهارات اتصال وتواصل وتفاوض ممتازة
  6. وعي قوي بالسوق ومعرفة بصناعة النقد في النقل
  7. إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
  8. رخصة قيادة إماراتية إلزامية
