Project Finance ManagerAbout the Job
Managing the financial modelling, fund-raising support, internal approvals, and coordination work-streams for project developments and re-financings, and developing relationships with financial institutions.Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Maths, or Engineering; Preference for higher degrees such as MBA, CA, CFA.
- 5 years of experience in the project finance group of a development organization, bank, or other financial institutions.
- Experience with developers, banks, other financial institutions, financial advisory service providers, or consultancies with a proven track record in building and managing financial models is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical skills and numeracy.
- Knowledge of project finance is preferred.
- Strong communicator with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence investors and lenders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Business Development ManagerAbout the Job
Job Purpose:
To execute complex business development activities for project bids, including identifying, evaluating, and developing new opportunities, staying up-to-date with recent developments and news in the industry, identifying and sourcing potential partners for the project, and developing suitable and compliant bids with inputs from various functions, in order to contribute to the Company’s growth while ensuring project requirements are met and processes & procedures are adhered to. The role will include working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver competitive bids.Qualifications:
Job Purpose:

- Good understanding of IPPs / IWPs / PPPs structures and risk transfer frameworks.
- Commercially astute, and able to structure a bid to present the offer in the best light while minimizing risk to the business.
- A proactive high achiever with high energy levels, used to working under pressure and to tight/challenging deadlines.
- Thorough understanding of the business value chain.
- Thorough attention to detail.
- Ability to originate and build relationships at senior level with clients, co-investment partners, technology providers, and EPC contractors.
- Good understanding of technical, legal, and project finance knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate with clients, co-investment partners, technology providers, and EPC contractors.
