Night Manager - Nest Hotel
Primary Responsibilities
-
Oversee all hotel operations during the night, including front office, housekeeping coordination, and security
-
Act as the primary point of contact for guests during the night shift, handling queries, complaints, and special requests
-
Supervise late check-ins/check-outs, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservation systems
-
Conduct night audits and prepare daily revenue and occupancy reports
-
Monitor guest safety and security, responding promptly to emergencies and incidents

Inspect hotel facilities, public areas, and guest rooms to maintain cleanliness and standards

Support and guide night shift staff, ensuring proper service delivery and adherence to hotel policies

Qualification

إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
