Assembly, Maintenance, and Overhaul Technician - UAE National
Job Requirements:
-
Perform mechanical assembly, maintenance, and overhaul on Completion and Wellbore Intervention Equipment
-
Work according to pre-defined procedures in line with established working practices and Quality Standards
-
Perform final assembly and testing of equipment for operational use
-
Assist in the enhancement of maintenance processes, documentation, and quality
-
Read and interpret assembly prints and parts lists to ensure accuracy and quality
-
Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and in compliance with requirements
-
Perform basic mathematical calculations to validate and check specifications
-
Mentor/train team members
Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul Mechanic
Requirements:
-
7+ years’ experience in equipment maintenance and repair for cementing and Frac
-
Technical education degree
-
Knowledge of electro/mechanical components
-
Experienced in hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs
-
Experienced in tractor and trailer repair and maintenance
-
Experienced in cementing and Frac equipment troubleshooting and repair
-
General knowledge of digital/analog circuit theory
-
Ability to work independently and flexible hours
-
Good written, verbal, and communication skills
-
Computer skills: SAP, Ariba, Maximo, Microsoft Office applications
Assembly Maintenance Overhauling Technician - Mechanical (UAE Nationals only)
Work Experience:
-
High School Diploma, College Degree, or Engineering Degree is an advantage
-
Previous experience in a mechanical workshop environment
-
Hydraulic engine and pump experience preferred
-
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists
-
Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical circuits and ability to troubleshoot faults
-
Basic measurement instrument and hand tool knowledge
-
Advanced analytical ability to solve complex technical problems
-
Advanced computer skills
