Responsibilities

Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications for façade systems using CAD software.

Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative and functional façade solutions.

Review architectural and engineering plans to ensure compliance with design intentions.

Participate in project meetings and provide input on design considerations and technical details.

Make adjustments to designs based on feedback from project stakeholders.

Maintain a library of detailed drawings and documentation for future reference.

Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Façade

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports related to façade works.

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.

Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure the best value.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on financial status to stakeholders.

Assess and manage variations and claims on contracts.

Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost management strategies.

HVAC Technician (Grade-A)

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI (2-year program) in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

5 to 8 years of experience in the UAE or GCC, with minimum 4 years in the operation and maintenance of water-cooled centrifugal chillers and cooling towers.

Proficiency in reading technical manuals, service documentation, and understanding HVAC schematics.

Familiarity with BMS systems and chiller plant manager software.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

BIM Engineer - Facade

Responsibilities

Create and maintain detailed BIM models for facade systems, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate facade design into the overall building model.

Conduct clash detection and resolve potential design conflicts before construction.

Develop and implement BIM standards and protocols related to facade engineering.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding BIM processes and tools.

Participate in design reviews and provide insights on constructibility and performance of facade systems.

المسؤوليات

إعداد الرسومات التفصيلية والمواصفات الإنشائية لأنظمة الواجهات باستخدام برنامج CAD.

التعاون مع فريق التصميم لتطوير حلول مبتكرة وعملية للواجهة.

مراجعة المخططات المعمارية والهندسية للتأكد من توافقها مع نوايا التصميم.

المشاركة في اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم المدخلات بشأن اعتبارات التصميم والتفاصيل الفنية.

إجراء تعديلات على التصميمات بناءً على التعليقات الواردة من أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.

الحفاظ على مكتبة من الرسومات التفصيلية والوثائق للرجوع إليها في المستقبل.

مساح الكميات (QS) - الواجهة

المسؤوليات

فني تكييف وتدفئة (الدرجة أ)

متطلبات:

دبلوم / معهد التدريب الصناعي (برنامج لمدة عامين) في التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، أو الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو مجال ذي صلة.

- خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، مع الحد الأدنى 4 سنوات في تشغيل وصيانة مبردات الطرد المركزي المبردة بالماء وأبراج التبريد.

الكفاءة في قراءة الأدلة الفنية ووثائق الخدمة وفهم مخططات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء.

- المعرفة بأنظمة إدارة المباني وبرامج إدارة محطات التبريد.

مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وحل المشكلات.

القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني في بيئة فريق متنوعة.

مهندس BIM - واجهة

المسؤوليات

إنشاء وصيانة نماذج BIM التفصيلية لأنظمة الواجهات، وضمان التوافق مع مواصفات المشروع والمعايير.

التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لدمج تصميم الواجهة في نموذج المبنى الشامل.

إجراء اكتشاف التعارضات وحل تعارضات التصميم المحتملة قبل البناء.

تطوير وتنفيذ معايير وبروتوكولات BIM المتعلقة بهندسة الواجهات.

تقديم الدعم الفني والتوجيه لأعضاء الفريق فيما يتعلق بعمليات وأدوات BIM.

المشاركة في مراجعات التصميم وتقديم رؤى حول إمكانية البناء وأداء أنظمة الواجهة.
