Reports to: Store Manager - Retail
Position Overview:
This job contributes to the company’s success by leading the sales team and is responsible for the overall sales, profitability, customer service, visual merchandising, operations, staff management, and inventory management for an assigned location. The store Supervisor supervises and motivates the store team, providing inspiration to drive sales and exceed customer service expectations through coaching, providing effective feedback, and rewarding and recognizing accomplishments. The store Supervisor is required to exercise discretion regularly and customarily in managing the overall operation of the store as per the instruction and guidance of the Store Manager. The Store Supervisor should promote a positive work environment that fosters open communication, encourages teamwork, and inspires creativity.

*Proven successful experience of 2 year experience in retail sales and operations
*A Bachelors or associate degree or General Equivalency/certification

Willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities to improve business processes where possible
