Desponsibilities:
- Assist in the packaging of chocolates and confectionery products according to specified packaging procedures.
- Label packaged items with accurate product information, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and ingredients.
- Ensure that packaging materials, such as boxes, wrappers, and labels, are readily available and in good condition.
- Inspect packaged items for quality defects, such as damaged packaging or misaligned labels, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area, including cleaning equipment and disposing of waste properly.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in other tasks within the chocolate factory as needed, such as ingredient preparation or equipment cleaning.
Requirements:
- No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of packaging procedures and techniques.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
