المتطلبات
- بكالوريوس في التربية الخاصة / ماجستير في التربية الخاصة
- خبرة تدريس لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات في مدرسة. يُفضل أن تكون الخبرة في تدريس المنهاج الأمريكي.
- إجادة الكتابة والمحادثة باللغة الإنجليزية.
- ثنائي اللغة (عربي/إنجليزي)
- إظهار الاحترافية والحماس والالتزام والنزاهة.
- وعي ثقافي، مهارات تواصل متطورة، وحماس للتفاعل مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور.

رئيس قسم التعليم والتعلم وأكاديمية التطوير المهني مسؤول عن قيادة التطوير الاستراتيجي وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التعليم والتعلم، بالإضافة إلى برامج التطوير المهني للموظفين الأكاديميين عبر شبكتنا من المدارس.

- القيادة في التعليم والتعلم: تطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجية العامة للتعليم والتعلم عبر الأكاديمية التدريبية لضمان توافقها مع معايير وأهداف مدارس الشارتر في الإمارات.
- تعزيز المناهج: العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق القيادية لتعزيز تصميم المناهج والممارسات التعليمية، وضمان تلبية احتياجات الطلاب المتنوعة والالتزام بأطر تفتيش الإمارات.
- تميز التعليم: قيادة التحسين المستمر لممارسات التعليم من خلال تقديم استراتيجيات تربوية مبتكرة تتناسب مع السياق الثقافي والاجتماعي والتعليمي في الإمارات.
- ضمان الجودة: الإشراف على تقييم الأداء التعليمي، وضمان التزام جميع الموظفين الأكاديميين بمعايير عالية وفقًا لمؤشرات جودة التعليم في الإمارات.

الوظيفة
سيقود رئيس قسم المناهج وبيانات التقييم التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وتطوير، وتنفيذ تصميم المناهج وممارسات التقييم عبر جميع مدارس الشارتر وفقًا لإطار المنهاج الأمريكي.
وصف الوظيفة
- القيادة في تطوير المناهج: تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجية شاملة للمناهج متوافقة مع المنهاج الأمريكي ومعايير AERO، وضمان تلبيتها للاحتياجات المتنوعة لجميع الطلاب في مدارس الشارتر بالإمارات.
- محاذاة المناهج: ضمان توافق المناهج عبر جميع المواد والمستويات الدراسية مع القيم الثقافية الإماراتية والتوقعات الواردة في إطار تفتيش مدارس الإمارات.
- تصميم المناهج: الإشراف على تطوير وتحسين مستمر للمواد المناهج، وضمان كونها أكاديمية صارمة وملائمة ثقافيًا للسياق الإماراتي.
