Learning Difficulties Center provides specialized programs and therapies to help children with learning difficulties and developmental delays integrate more easily into mainstream classrooms. Our center is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist (RBT/IBT/ABAT), located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for providing applied behavior analysis therapy to children with learning difficulties and developmental delays in a one-on-one setting. You will work with a team of professionals and report to the Behavioral Analyst.
Qualifications
Certification from a Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) accredited program as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or higher-level certification as an International Behavior Therapist (IBT) or Accredited Behavior Analyst Technician (ABAT)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in the field of applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy
Training in and experience with discrete trial teaching, task analysis, prompt fading, and behavior reduction techniques
Ability to keep detailed records of sessions and progress
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with children with learning difficulties and developmental delays preferred

هذا دور بدوام كامل في الموقع للمعالج السلوكي (RBT/IBT/ABAT)، ومقره في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. باعتبارك معالجًا سلوكيًا، ستكون مسؤولاً عن توفير علاج تحليل السلوك التطبيقي للأطفال الذين يعانون من صعوبات التعلم وتأخر النمو في بيئة فردية. ستعمل مع فريق من المحترفين وستقدم تقريرًا إلى المحلل السلوكي.
مؤهلات
شهادة من برنامج معتمد من مجلس اعتماد محلل السلوك (BACB) كفني سلوك مسجل (RBT)، أو شهادة عالية المستوى كمعالج سلوك دولي (IBT) أو فني محلل سلوك معتمد (ABAT)
درجة البكالوريوس في علم النفس، التربية، أو مجال ذي صلة

التدريب والخبرة في التدريس التجريبي المنفصل، وتحليل المهام، والتلاشي السريع، وتقنيات الحد من السلوك
