About the job
Purpose & Scope:
Group Finance covers the core finance functions of accounting and reporting the Group's financial position and performance, both internally to senior management and externally via the Annual Audit Reports by ensuring effective reporting and control of compliance, audits, capital expenditure, investments, and assets, for the group operations of Legend Group of companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• In-house reports & others
  a) Review the monthly reports from Finance Managers/Team Leaders
  b) Ensure monthly financial closing and meetings of BUs (within the 7 working days of every month)
  c) Analysis of monthly performance of BUs
  d) Preparation & analysis of standalone & consolidated financials of all BUs & Group
  e) Ensure/support the yearly closing of books of account of the group companies
  f) Support internal audits
  g) Support to ensure relevant policies and procedures are performed

الغرض والنطاق:
تغطي مجموعة المالية الوظائف الأساسية للمالية المتعلقة بالمحاسبة والتقارير حول الوضع المالي والأداء للمجموعة، سواء داخليًا للإدارة العليا أو خارجيًا عبر التقارير السنوية للتدقيق من خلال ضمان فعالية التقارير والرقابة على الامتثال والتدقيقات والنفقات الرأسمالية والاستثمارات والأصول، لعمليات مجموعة Legend من الشركات.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• التقارير الداخلية وغيرها
  أ) مراجعة التقارير الشهرية من مديري المالية / قادة الفريق
  ب) ضمان إغلاق المالية الشهري واجتماعات وحدات الأعمال (خلال 7 أيام عمل من كل شهر)
  ج) تحليل الأداء الشهري لوحدات الأعمال
  د) إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية المستقلة والمجمعة لجميع وحدات الأعمال والمجموعة
  هـ) دعم الإغلاق السنوي للحسابات للفرق المجمعة
  و) دعم التدقيقات الداخلية
  ز) دعم ضمان تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
