- يجيد اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية مع الثقة في تقديم اللغتين.
- فهم قوي لسوق المطاعم واتجاهات الصناعة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- الكفاءة في برنامج Microsoft Office Suite وبرنامج CRM.
- القدرة على السفر كما هو مطلوب مع رخصة القيادة الإماراتية.
مهندس مقاولات فرعية كبير
مؤهلات:
- شهادة جامعية في الهندسة BSC في المجال ذي الصلة (المدني / الميكانيكي / الكهربائي أو الأجهزة)
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات كمقاول من الباطن أو مهندس عقود أو مساح كميات.
- تعد الخبرة في العمل مع مقاولي EPC الرائدين في قطاع الطاقة أمرًا ضروريًا.
- من الجيد أن تتمتع بخبرة العمل في عقود EPCM.
- المهارات التعاقدية والمهارات الكتابية الممتازة.
- قادر على التعامل مع مهام متعددة مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
