About the job
We are in need of a Senior Red Team Engineer with profound experience and certifications in network security, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing (VAPT). The successful candidate will assume a lead role in the full spectrum of Red Team operations, exploitation, and incident response activities.
Responsibilities
Perform network penetration, web, and mobile application testing, source code reviews, threat analysis, wireless network assessments, and social engineering assessments.
Design and perform Red Team operations to test the strength and adequacy of defense measures.
Develop and prototype new techniques, tools, and tradecraft for use by the Red Team.
Perform multi-disciplinary collaboration with blue-like teams, including incident responders and forensic analysts.
Implement and manage incident detection and incident response systems.
Prepare reports on findings with remediation steps to fix difficult problems.
Monitor industry trends and threat landscape and recommend necessary controls or countermeasures.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Red Team member or Penetration Tester.
Demanding experience in Incident Response and Forensics Analysis.
A solid understanding of ethical hacking and an ability to exploit vulnerabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of application and network infrastructure security principles.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in presenting complex cybersecurity findings.
Strong collaborative skills and a proven ability to work in a team.

1. Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
2. Certified Red Team Professional (CRTP)
3. Certified Red Team Expert (CRTE)
4. Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSED)
