We are seeking for a Junior Deployment Engineer who will be responsible for supporting the team for the deployment aspects of the company’s products post sales. The role will be part of the operations team and will work closely with clients, tech teams and project managers to ensure successful timely deployment of the company’s products. This person will take part in installation initiatives aimed at minimising customer disruption, overseeing the progress of product installations to ensure their success, and coordinating customer training for optimal product utilisation.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently supporting multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
Communicate with clients to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
Collaborate with clients to develop project deliverables and establish realistic timelines.
Align technical components of the solution across different stakeholders.
