II. About the Position
Bon Education is seeking a full-time bilingual Admin Assistant. This is a 1-year contract with a strong likelihood of a renewed contract should the selected applicant be a strong fit with our team. Candidates must be fully fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
III. Location
UAE: Work will be conducted virtually at home, with the Bon Education team and/or on client sites across the UAE.
We would prefer if the candidate is based in Abu Dhabi, but we are open to applications from Dubai as well.

II. Seeking a Client & Project Manager (Youth Workforce Readiness)
Bon Education is seeking a Project & Client Manager (Youth Workforce Readiness) to join our team.
III. Location & Hours
This role is a full-time position located in the UAE. You will work from home (remote work) 60% of your time or on client site (typically in Abu Dhabi or Dubai) 40% of your time. Given our client base and the projects you will be managing, you will need to keep standard working hours.
IV. Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Develop strong collaborative relationships with Bon Education clients.
Listen and ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs.
Research, ideate, prototype and design solutions to address client needs.
Create slide presentations, written plans and/or designs to showcase potential solutions.
Present ideas, options and solutions.
Respond to client questions, ideas and feedback.
Project Management:
Co-define solutions with the Bon Education leadership team.
Project manage solution implementation ensuring that all pieces of client solutions get created, implemented and delivered on time, within budget and to client satisfaction.
Manage contractors and team members to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.
Ensure all projects are fully documented using Bon Education’s internal knowledge management systems.

إدارة المقاولين وأعضاء الفريق لضمان اكتمال جميع الأعمال في الوقت المحدد وبأعلى معايير الجودة.
تأكد من توثيق جميع المشاريع بالكامل باستخدام أنظمة إدارة المعرفة الداخلية في Bon Education.
