Principal Civil Engineer - Marine & Coastal
Experience Criteria
- Experience in the design and inspection of marine structures (ports, marinas, harbours, weirs, lock gates, pontoons etc)
- 10+ years engineering consulting or civil/marine contracting industry experience
- Experienced & confident with report writing and presentation skills
- Broad experience in marine structural design, coastal processes design, numerical modelling studies and an understanding of environmental engineering and permitting requirements
Senior Project Engineer
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 5-8 years of industry experience
- Masters in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineer
- Experience in the field of marine civil engineering is desirable
- Chartered or near chartered with the ICE or equivalent.
- Has proven technical knowledge of specific subject areas pertaining to civil and structural works and proven ability to use relevant software
- Has a willingness and ability to contribute to business development and the growth of the business.
- Experienced & confident with report writing and presentation skills
- Can communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and outside agencies and build effective working relationships and willingness to exceed client expectations
- Adheres to all Codes of Practice, Design Standards and Health and Safety Regulations
- Represent and promote Ayesa in a professional manner and develop effective working relationships with clients and potential clients
- Is committed to Continued Professional Development and that of others
- Working knowledge of BS 6349, Eurocodes and related marine guidance.

- أكثر من 10 سنوات خبرة في الاستشارات الهندسية أو المقاولات المدنية / البحرية

- خبرة واسعة في تصميم الهياكل البحرية وتصميم العمليات الساحلية ودراسات النمذجة الرقمية وفهم الهندسة البيئية ومتطلبات التصاريح
مهندس مشروع كبير
المهارات والمعرفة والخبرة:
- 5-8 سنوات من الخبرة في الصناعة
- ماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو مهندس إنشائي
- الخبرة في مجال الهندسة المدنية البحرية أمر مرغوب فيه
- حاصل على ميثاق أو قريب من ميثاق مع ICE أو ما يعادله.
- لديه معرفة تقنية مثبتة في مجالات موضوعية محددة تتعلق بالأعمال المدنية والبنيوية والقدرة المثبتة على استخدام البرامج ذات الصلة
- لديه الرغبة والقدرة على المساهمة في تطوير الأعمال ونموها.
- ذو خبرة وثقة في مهارات كتابة التقارير والعرض التقديمي
