Full-time position
Responsible for maintaining accounting records and performing complete accounting processes
Requirements
Maintain accounting records
Perform all accounting processes from data gathering to ledger posting
Conduct bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
Manage/review aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable
Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines
Assist the Finance Manager with budgets & MIS
Prepare accurate reports on all financial closing statements of the company
Assist in audit preparation and queries
Manage records of vouchers, bills, etc.
Assist in preparations of prepayments and accruals
Other general accounting duties as assigned
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
Accuracy and strong attention to detail

إدارة / مراجعة أعمار الحسابات المدينة والحسابات الدائنة.
التنسيق مع فريق التمويل لإكمال مهام المحاسبة المعينة في المواعيد النهائية.
مساعدة مدير التمويل في الميزانيات ونظم المعلومات الإدارية.
إعداد تقارير دقيقة عن جميع البيانات المالية الختامية للشركة.
المساعدة في إعداد التدقيق والاستفسارات.
إدارة سجلات القسائم والفواتير وما إلى ذلك.
المساعدة في إعداد الدفعات المقدمة والمستحقات.
مهام المحاسبة العامة الأخرى حسب التعيين.
مهارات التواصل الجيدة، سواء المكتوبة أو الشفهية.
مهارات تنظيمية جيدة وقدرات تعدد المهام.
