Do you enjoy working with a range of people and businesses? As a purchaser for Mammoet, you will be developing and maintaining a network of vendors to ensure we can source the best and most cost-effective equipment, tools, and resources in line with our business requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing and managing all aspects of purchasing.
- Analyzing and identifying project requirements.
- Ensuring purchasing flawlessly supports project execution.
- Selecting vendors and negotiating terms.
- Ensuring goods and services are purchased in line with business objectives.
- Creating and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Logistics. A procurement qualification such as CIPS is preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a technical setting, with evidence of experience in a similar role. Experience in civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports, and mining is ideal. Relevant project management and/or construction organization experience is sought after and will be considered transferable.
- Expert-level experience in negotiation and professional-level experience in contract management, project management, and purchasing systems.
- Proven experience in establishing framework agreements with suppliers, effectively functioning as contracts.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Working experience in SAP.
- A self-starter who demonstrates initiative and is results-driven.

ماذا ستفعل
- البحث عن وإدارة جميع جوانب المشتريات.
- تحليل وتحديد متطلبات المشاريع.
- ضمان دعم المشتريات لتنفيذ المشاريع بشكل سلس.
- اختيار الموردين والتفاوض بشأن الشروط.
- التأكد من شراء السلع والخدمات بما يتماشى مع أهداف الأعمال.
- إنشاء وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التحسين المستمر.
ما الذي تحتاجه
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الاقتصاد أو اللوجستيات. يفضل وجود مؤهل في المشتريات مثل CIPS.
- 5-7 سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة في بيئة فنية، مع إثبات الخبرة في دور مشابه. تعتبر الخبرة في الهندسة المدنية، البناء، الطاقات المتجددة، النفط والغاز، العمليات البحرية، الموانئ، والتعدين مثالية. وتعتبر الخبرة في إدارة المشاريع والمنظمات الإنشائية ذات الصلة قابلة للتحويل.
- خبرة على مستوى الخبراء في التفاوض وخبرة مهنية في إدارة العقود، إدارة المشاريع، وأنظمة المشتريات.
- خبرة مثبتة في إنشاء اتفاقيات إطار مع الموردين، مما يجعلها فعالة كعقود.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، شفويًا وكتابيًا.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام نظام SAP.
- شخصية مبادرة تسعى لتحقيق النتائج.
