- درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الهندسة الإنشائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- مؤهل دولي معترف به (مثل PE أو CEng) مع تخصص في الهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في الهندسة الشرعية، مع التركيز على التحقيق في فشل الهياكل وتصميم حلول الإصلاح.
- إتقان برامج التحليل الهيكلي مثل SAP2000 و ETABS و SAFE أو ما شابهها.
- فهم قوي للرموز واللوائح والمعايير المتعلقة بتصميم وإصلاح الهياكل.
- مهارات تحليلية ممتازة واهتمام بالتفاصيل، مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات المعقدة واستخلاص استنتاجات صحيحة.
