About the job
We are Tourism Company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team. This role is responsible for managing reservations and ensuring exceptional customer service for guests, companies, and travel agents who contact us through various channels.
Please note Previous experience of at least 1 year in a reservation Agent (Tourism Sector) is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements.
• Checking the availability and coordinate externally with b2b agents, internally with B2B department & Travel desks
• Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Selling and promoting reservation services.
• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
• Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, tours & F&B
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
• Manage Social Media daily inquiries

نحن شركة سياحة تبحث عن وكيل حجز متخصص ومهتم بالتفاصيل للانضمام إلى فريقنا. هذا الدور مسؤول عن إدارة الحجوزات وضمان خدمة عملاء استثنائية للضيوف والشركات ووكلاء السفر الذين يتصلون بنا عبر القنوات المختلفة.

المهام الأساسية:
• إجراء الحجوزات للعملاء بناءً على متطلباتهم المختلفة.
• التحقق من التوفر والتنسيق خارجيًا مع وكلاء b2b، وداخليًا مع قسم B2B ومكاتب السفر
• معالجة المدفوعات وإرسال تفاصيل التأكيد للعملاء.
• فرز أي مشاكل قد تنشأ مع الحجوزات أو التحفظات.
• بيع وترويج خدمات الحجز.
• الرد على أية أسئلة قد تكون لدى العملاء حول عملية الحجز.
