About the job
- Al Ramz Corporation P.J.S.C. is seeking for a Vice President Head of Legal to join our growing team. The incumbent will be responsible to uphold and protect the legal rights and responsibilities of the business and provide legal guidance and advice to management and all departments. Responsible for providing guidance on corporate governance, negotiating and drafting contracts, risk management, and the development of plans and policies. To review and provide expertise on all legal matters associated with Al Ramz Corporation and its subsidiaries. Will act as the expert on SCA, ADX and DFM regulations compliance and through this role provide legal advice and guidance on all related matters in coordination with Risk and Compliance Department. Develop and review legal agreements on behalf of the company. Handle all external legal engagements with stakeholders on behalf of Al Ramz and keep abreast with latest updates to UAE laws, fees, services, and legal regulations that impact the business of Al Ramz.

- BSC Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Banking
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stock broking, banking, finances house or equivalent financial organisation
