Qualifications:

About the job:
Senior Design Architect - Concept for Hospitality Projects is responsible for heading the team of Architects, Junior Architects, and Draftsman in the project delivery for all the hospitality projects.
- Review and validate concept design documentation as per authority regulations, master developer DCR, and Studio 360° design guide.
- Ensure compliance with Hospitality project requirements but not limited to building regulations, ADA guidelines, zoning, and other applicable standards.
