Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

Assist customers in selecting wines, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages based on taste preferences, occasion, food pairings, and budget.

Provide expert recommendations and upsell premium products when appropriate.

Product Knowledge & Inventory

Stay updated on new arrivals, industry trends, and product details.

Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising inventory.

Maintain accurate knowledge of store inventory to support efficient customer service.

Training & Staff Support

Train store staff on basic wine and spirit knowledge to improve overall customer support.

Develop educational materials and tools to help team members understand product offerings.

Trade Marketing Manager

 Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.

5+ years of experience in trade marketing or commercial marketing, ideally in the alcohol or FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of the three-tier system and alcohol category dynamics.

Experience working with both on-trade and off-trade channels.

Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and sales performance tracking.

درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة. ماجستير إدارة الأعمال ميزة إضافية.

أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال التسويق التجاري أو التسويق التجاري، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك في صناعة الكحول أو السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول.

معرفة قوية بالنظام الثلاثي وديناميكيات فئة الكحول.

خبرة في العمل مع القنوات التجارية وخارج التجارية.

مهارات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع والتواصل وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة.

عقلية تحليلية مع مهارات قوية في تفسير البيانات وتتبع أداء المبيعات.
