Systems Engineer
Details
Work closely with an Incident Response sales representative in a defined territory. Support the sales organization in all technical matters related to monitoring, detecting, and reporting security threats. Provide pre-sales expertise, sales calls, and post-sales support. Lead all technical aspects of a sales cycle, leveraging security platforms such as FortiSOAR, FortiSIEM, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiClient with enterprise customers, from the initial RFIs through RFPs & RFQs when required. Participate in project management and actively contribute to POCs in partnership with internal teams, customers, and commercial partners.
Requirements
Proven experience with security platforms and incident response. Strong technical knowledge in monitoring and threat detection. Ability to manage pre-sales and post-sales activities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with project management and POCs.
Program Manager
Details
Responsible for delivering medium complexity projects on time and according to the negotiated Scope of Work. Manage a virtual team comprising customer contacts, sales, professional services, and technical support to ensure technically sound, financially profitable, and supportable implementations. Build strong relationships to understand customer project needs and requirements. Follow a structured approach for implementing IT security solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.

Proven experience in project and program management. Strong business, management, budgeting, and analytical skills. Exceptional negotiation, written, and verbal communication abilities. Experience managing virtual teams and IT security projects. Ability to deliver projects on time and within scope.
