What You Will Bring To The Role

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Relevant experience delivering digital solutions in the resources industry, including supervisory, project management, and/or technical experience.
Knowledge of (and certifications in) Scrum/Agile methodologies preferred.
Proven experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives in engineering or construction environments.
Experience in Consulting/EPC/CM industry digital tools with strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.
Sound understanding of Digital Delivery techniques and methods to identify and translate functional requirements into robust fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
Strong understanding of digital twins, data standards, data analytics, and cloud platforms.

Senior Project Manager - Offshore

Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

University Engineering Degree.
Professional registration in local jurisdiction; Certified Program Management Professional by a globally recognized project management organization (IPMA, APM, PMI, AIPM).

Job Specific Knowledge / Experience

Extensive experience in managing large-scale, complex offshore projects within leading engineering firms.
Proven ability to lead multiple, cross-functional teams across diverse international settings.
Deep technical knowledge of offshore wellhead platforms.
Demonstrated PM experience leading medium and large projects with medium and high-risk elements; EPCM, EPC including site assignments; Multi-Cultural / Multi-National environments.
Makes independent decisions and recommendations in the course of managing a project. Broad knowledge of functional area and ability to implement and lead organizational project change effectively.
Advanced understanding of systems, processes, and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Can organize information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.

Senior Principal Digital Twin Consultant

Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required

Industry Specific Experience:

Relevant experience delivering digital solutions in Oil and Gas and/or Mining industries.

Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:

Bachelor in IT and hands-on experience deploying solutions in Oil & Gas, Mining, or related industries.
HSE Capability: Competent.
IT Skills: Strong working knowledge of OPC, ETL, IoT, and related technologies. Familiarity with Cognite, Bentley, Aveva, and/or Hexagon is an advantage. Strong understanding of solution & data architecture or strong data science background.

People Skills:

Outstanding communicator with strong ability to manage people and build teams.
Team collaboration, strong listening skills, attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, diplomatic but firm.

Other Requirements:

Background in Process Engineering for heavy industries desirable.
Minimum 10+ years of experience delivering digital solutions in Oil and Gas and/or Mining industries.
Experience defining and executing a Digital Strategy roadmap for industrial or capital-intensive organizations.
5+ years experience delivering analytics/predictive analytics solutions and/or digital twins.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related degree.
