Storekeeper

1) Receives all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders.

2) Checks all incoming materials for possible damages, scratches or discrepancies and keeps the management adequately informed.

3) Ensures proper storage and release of supplies as requested, ensuring proper documentation of all incoming/outgoing transactions.

4) Keeps an updated inventory and stock records (record the number and the kinds of supplies) of the supplies and equipment in store.

5) Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties and repairs.

6) Initiates materials request in coordination with project team and in parallel with stock balance.

7) Maintains the store/warehouse and records area in a neat and orderly manner.

8) Receives, stores, tags and tracks scrap items received from sites.

MEP Coordinator

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Considers creative solutions to job requirements that would reduce manpower requirements, cost, and time.

2) Considers creative solutions to job requirements that would distinguish Company's from other competitors.

3) Researches the market for advanced construction technologies and creative solutions that would reduce manpower requirements, cost, and time after the coordination of Project Manager.

4) Utilizes programs and design to improve speed and efficiency of design duties.

5) Responsible for the release of the shop drawings for MEP for construction taking the consideration all the requirements.

Scaffolding Engineer

Qualifications:

Experience in working at Height and working in Confined Spaces

Has Knowledge with Formwork.

CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) qualification

Proficiency in Fall Protection and Scaffolding

Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

أمين مخزن

1) استلام كافة المواد الواردة ومطابقتها مع أوامر الشراء.

2) فحص جميع المواد الواردة بحثًا عن أي أضرار أو خدوش أو اختلافات محتملة وإبقاء الإدارة على اطلاع كافٍ.

3) ضمان التخزين السليم وإطلاق الإمدادات حسب الطلب، وضمان التوثيق السليم لجميع المعاملات الواردة / الصادرة.

4) يحتفظ بسجلات جرد وجرد محدثة (تسجيل عدد وأنواع الإمدادات) للإمدادات والمعدات الموجودة في المتجر.

5) الإجابة على الأسئلة المتعلقة بالإجراءات وحل التناقضات المتعلقة بالإيصالات والتسليمات والضمانات والإصلاحات.

6) البدء بطلب المواد بالتنسيق مع فريق المشروع وبالتوازي مع رصيد المخزون.

7) يحافظ على منطقة المتجر/المستودع والسجلات بطريقة أنيقة ومنظمة.

8) يستقبل ويخزن ويضع علامات ويتتبع العناصر الخردة المستلمة من المواقع.

منسق البرلمان الأوروبي

الأدوار والمسؤوليات التفصيلية:

1) النظر في الحلول الإبداعية لمتطلبات العمل التي من شأنها أن تقلل من متطلبات القوى العاملة والتكلفة والوقت.

2) النظر في الحلول الإبداعية لمتطلبات الوظيفة التي من شأنها أن تميز الشركة عن المنافسين الآخرين.

3) البحث في السوق عن تقنيات البناء المتقدمة والحلول الإبداعية التي من شأنها تقليل متطلبات القوى العاملة والتكلفة والوقت بعد التنسيق مع مدير المشروع.

4) استخدام البرامج والتصميم لتحسين سرعة وكفاءة واجبات التصميم.

5) المسؤول عن إصدار الرسومات التنفيذية لأعمال الميكانيكا والسباكة والكهرباء والبناء مع الأخذ في الاعتبار جميع المتطلبات.

مهندس سقالات

المؤهلات:

خبرة في العمل على ارتفاعات عالية وفي الأماكن الضيقة

لديه معرفة بالقالب.

مؤهل CSCS (نظام شهادة مهارات البناء)

الكفاءة في الحماية من السقوط والسقالات

معرفة لوائح السلامة ذات الصلة ومعايير الصناعة

مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل

القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق وبشكل مستقل

يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة
