Trade Marketing Specialist

Key Business Challenges:

Driving growth and market share across increasingly complex markets
Managing complex retailer requirements and ensuring compliance
Driving execution excellence across diverse geographies and store formats
Balancing budget constraints with high-impact trade activities
Ensuring timely availability of POS materials and promotional stock
Measuring ROI accurately in fragmented trade environments

Required Qualification:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business or Commerce; Master’s degree is an advantage
5 years of experience, including minimum 2 years in Trade Marketing or similar roles
Proven record of working closely with or at trade channels
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to connect data and insights and make them understandable and actionable
Strong relationship building, stakeholder (internal) and customer (external) management

وظيفة: أخصائي تسويق تجاري (Trade Marketing Specialist)

التحديات الرئيسية للعمل:

زيادة النمو وحصة السوق في أسواق معقدة ومتغيرة.
إدارة متطلبات تجار التجزئة المعقدة وضمان الالتزام بها.
تحقيق التميز في التنفيذ عبر مناطق ومتاجر متنوعة.
التوازن بين قيود الميزانية وأنشطة التسويق عالية التأثير.
ضمان توفر مواد نقاط البيع والمخزون الترويجي في الوقت المناسب.
قياس العائد على الاستثمار بدقة في بيئات تجارية متفرقة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التجارة، ويفضل درجة الماجستير في نفس المجال.
خبرة 5 سنوات، منها سنتان على الأقل في التسويق التجاري أو ما يشابهه.
سجل مثبت في العمل عن قرب مع قنوات التجارة أمر أساسي.
إجادة أدوات تحليل البيانات والتقارير مثل Excel وPowerPoint.
القدرة على ربط البيانات بالرؤى وجعلها مفهومة وقابلة للتنفيذ للآخرين.
مهارات قوية في بناء العلاقات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة والعملاء.
