Cleaner cum Watchman
Details
The Cleaner cum Watchman will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, handling basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring the premises are secure and presentable at all times.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize workstations, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as required
- Perform minor maintenance work (Plumbing, Electrical, and A/C repair)
- Keep all areas neat, organized, and presentable
- Dispose of trash and waste properly
- Report maintenance issues or shortages to the manager

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in residential cleaning (UAE or home country)
- Candidates on visit or cancelled visas preferred (immediate joiners highly desirable)
- Only male applicants will be considered
- Preferred nationalities: Nepal, Myanmar

النظافة والحارس مسؤولاً عن الحفاظ على النظافة، والتعامل مع مهام الصيانة الأساسية، وضمان أن تكون المباني آمنة وقابلة للعرض في جميع الأوقات.
المسؤوليات
- تنظيف وتعقيم محطات العمل والحمامات والمناطق المشتركة
- كنس ومسح وتنظيف الأرضيات بالمكنسة الكهربائية حسب الحاجة
- تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة البسيطة (السباكة والكهرباء وإصلاح مكيفات الهواء)
- حافظ على جميع المناطق نظيفة ومنظمة وقابلة للعرض
- التخلص من القمامة والنفايات بشكل صحيح
- الإبلاغ عن مشاكل الصيانة أو النقص إلى المدير

متطلبات
- 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في التنظيف السكني (الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو البلد الأصلي)
- يُفضل المرشحين الحاصلين على تأشيرات زيارة أو ملغاة (المنضمون الفوريون مرغوبون للغاية)
- سيتم النظر في المتقدمين الذكور فقط
- الجنسيات المفضلة: نيبال، ميانمار
