Develop and implement organization-wide quality improvement programs and initiatives across Dubai Health facilities to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with hospital administration, clinical leaders, and quality improvement teams to identify opportunities for performance enhancement and develop strategies to standardize best practices across Dubai Health facilities.

Proofread and edit bilingual content for grammatical correctness, coherence, and clarity, ensuring high-quality editorial standards are met.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in continuously improving productivity and reinforce the same with staff members.

Collaborate with leaders to align with system goals.

Collaborate with various departments, diverse teams, service lines, and disciplines, including clinicians, administrators, and public health officials across multiple sites to ensure that international and evidence-based best practices are followed and that all regulatory and accreditation requirements are met fully.

Collect and analyze data, identify trends and improvement areas, prepare and present reports to the Chair of Patient Safety and Quality Department, the Chair of Corporate IPC (Infection Prevention and Control) Committee, and all other stakeholders as appropriate.

Conduct regular rounds in healthcare facilities for discussing, monitoring, and following the practices of Infection Prevention and Control.

Develop and implement system-wide infection prevention and control strategies.

 Ensure that the Infection Prevention and Control Program uses appropriate statistical tools and techniques to describe the data, calculate rates, and critically evaluate the significance of findings.
