Cabin Crew – Sharjah Hub

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality for assigned flights

• Attend briefings to acknowledge flight details, role distribution, targets, security checks, and boarding

Stores Controller – Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue daily toolboxes, kits, spare parts, and components based on maintenance plans for Air Arabia and 3rd party aircraft

• Maintain tracking records and receipts of all items delivered

• Provide ad-hoc inventory and stores support per adopted procedures

• Ensure tools and equipment are checked, serviceable, and coordinate with vendors for repairs

• Return unused parts to main stores as per company procedures

• Prepare stock reports regularly; identify causes of system errors and implement corrective measures

Cabin Crew Manager – Sharjah

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience managing cabin crew operations

• Strong knowledge of cabin crew operations, airline regulations, and fatigue management principles

• Understanding of rostering, crew legality, and operational control processes

• Significant cabin crew experience in supervisory or senior purser roles with performance management expertise

• Ability to manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 airline environment

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong data interpretation and reporting skills

• Ability to translate performance insights into actionable operational improvements

Aircraft Painter

Responsibilities & Skills:

• Provide helpful information and support to own team and other departments during scheduled maintenance

• Represent Air Arabia positively and professionally to internal and external stakeholders

• Maintain cost awareness in aircraft maintenance, minimize waste of consumables and repair costs

• Avoid unnecessary damage and repeat work during maintenance

Trainer – Sharjah, UAE

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Education, or equivalent; relevant training certificates preferred

• Experience with “Train the Trainer” or instructive training courses

• Appropriate corresponding license is an advantage

• Experience with e-learning and training exposure required

• Proficient in managing audio-visual equipment, learning technology systems, Microsoft Office, Internet, and Web Search

• Fluent in English
