Accountant (Bilingual)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Experience in audit is peferred

SAP ERP experience is preferred

Basic accounting knowledge

Understanding of accounting principles

Attention to details

Good command of Arabic and English language

Senior Associate - Structured Contracts

Essential duties, responsibilities and accountabilities 

Execute and administer the raw sugar, ensuring strict compliance with the contracts’ terms and conditions.

Work with the head of the department in doing research, analysis, and assessment of the raw sugar markets in relation to the organization’s raw sugar status and requirements.

Participate in the development and execution of the raw sugar procurement plans, selection and engagement of sugar and vendors, freight providers etc.

Support the head of the department in finalization, and securing of sugar contracts. Develop and maintain collaborative trade and stakeholder relationships.

Preparation of Export documents including sending shipping instructions, checking BL drafts and finalization of documents

Keep track and maintain accurate and updated stock, freight, sales, and pricing database.

Proof-reading of purchase contracts before finalization.

Prepare a projected raw sugar purchase plan, review time to time as per the sales forecast as well as melting forecast in guidance with higher management.

Plan and schedule the shipments in accordance with the contractual obligations.

Ensure to update internal stake holders such as Insurance dept., finance dept., Refinery and futures desk about the shipment plan, loading and discharging of vessels at regular intervals.

الواجبات والمسؤوليات والمحاسبة الأساسية 

تنفيذ وإدارة السكر الخام، والتأكد من الالتزام الصارم بشروط وأحكام العقود.

العمل مع رئيس القسم في إجراء البحوث والتحليلات وتقييم أسواق السكر الخام فيما يتعلق بحالة السكر الخام ومتطلبات المنظمة.

المشاركة في تطوير وتنفيذ خطط شراء السكر الخام واختيار وإشراك السكر والبائعين ومقدمي الشحن وما إلى ذلك.

دعم رئيس القسم في إتمام عقود السكر وتأمينها. تطوير علاقات تجارية تعاونية مع أصحاب المصلحة والحفاظ عليها.

إعداد مستندات التصدير بما في ذلك إرسال تعليمات الشحن والتحقق من مسودات BL وإتمام المستندات

تتبع وصيانة قاعدة بيانات دقيقة ومحدثة للمخزون والشحن والمبيعات والأسعار.

مراجعة عقود الشراء قبل الانتهاء منها.

إعداد خطة متوقعة لشراء السكر الخام، ومراجعتها من وقت لآخر وفقًا لتوقعات المبيعات بالإضافة إلى توقعات الذوبان بتوجيه من الإدارة العليا.

تخطيط وجدولة الشحنات وفقًا للالتزامات التعاقدية.

التأكد من تحديث أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين مثل قسم التأمين وقسم المالية والمصفاة ومكتب العقود الآجلة حول خطة الشحن وتحميل وتفريغ السفن على فترات منتظمة.
