Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities.

Review and interpret project drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation.

Ensure site safety and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction, fit-out, or facility management.

Strong understanding of finishing and interior works.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

UAE Driving License (preferred).

Must be currently available in the UAE.

MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and oversee all MEP-related works (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical) for fit-out and construction projects.

Review drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants for smooth execution.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Prepare reports, documentation, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at site.

Ensure adherence to project schedules and budget constraints.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP works within fit-out and construction projects.

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and installation methods.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for electrical systems based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

Review technical drawings and identify discrepancies or areas requiring clarification.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material quotations and pricing.

Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders.

Support the project team with budget planning and value engineering.

Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

2–5 years of UAE experience in electrical estimation within MEP or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and estimation software.

Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Must be currently based in the UAE.

Preferred: UAE Driving License; experience in fit-out, contracting, or facility management sectors.

Civil QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor project quality plans and inspection procedures.

Conduct inspections for concrete, steel, finishing, and other civil works.

Review method statements, material submittals, and drawings for quality compliance.

Prepare quality reports, IRs, NCRs, and maintain QA/QC documentation.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality-related issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 4+ years of QA/QC experience in civil construction projects.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, codes, and ISO 9001.

UAE experience required.

Job Responsibilities:
