 Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Cut, drill, punch, and fabricate aluminium profiles for doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, and cladding.

Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools including cutting saws, punching machines, routers, and assembly tools.

Assemble aluminium products according to drawings with precision and quality control.

Conduct on-site installations of fabricated aluminium units as needed.

Ensure proper handling and storage of aluminium materials to avoid damage or deformation.

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order in the work area.

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to meet project timelines.

Perform minor repairs or adjustments on-site or in the workshop when required.

Glass Cutter / Polisher

 Key Responsibilities:

Measure, mark, and cut various types of glass according to project specifications.

Operate hand tools and machines such as glass cutters, grinders, and edge polishers.

Polish and finish glass edges to remove sharpness and improve appearance.

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or drawings for cutting and shaping requirements.

Ensure all glass products meet quality and dimension standards.

Safely handle, transport, and store glass sheets to avoid breakage or injury.

Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.

Aluminum Installer

 Job Responsibilities:

صانع الألمنيوم

 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

تفسير الرسومات الفنية والمخططات والمواصفات والعمل عليها.

قطع وحفر وختم وتصنيع مقاطع الألومنيوم للأبواب والنوافذ والجدران الستارية والأقسام والكسوة.

تشغيل آلات التصنيع والأدوات اليدوية بما في ذلك مناشير القطع وآلات اللكم وأجهزة التوجيه وأدوات التجميع.

تجميع منتجات الألمنيوم حسب الرسومات بدقة ومراقبة الجودة.

إجراء تركيبات في الموقع لوحدات الألومنيوم المصنعة حسب الحاجة.

ضمان التعامل والتخزين المناسبين لمواد الألومنيوم لتجنب التلف أو التشوه.

الحفاظ على السلامة والنظافة والنظام في منطقة العمل.

التعاون مع المهندسين والمشرفين وفرق المشروع لتلبية الجداول الزمنية للمشروع.

إجراء إصلاحات أو تعديلات بسيطة في الموقع أو في الورشة عند الحاجة.

قاطعة / ملمعة الزجاج

 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

قياس ووضع علامة وقطع أنواع مختلفة من الزجاج وفقًا لمواصفات المشروع.

تشغيل الأدوات اليدوية والآلات مثل قواطع الزجاج، والمطاحن، وآلات تلميع الحواف.

تلميع وتشطيب حواف الزجاج لإزالة الحدة وتحسين المظهر.

قراءة وتفسير المخططات أو الرسومات أو الرسومات لمتطلبات القطع والتشكيل.

تأكد من أن جميع المنتجات الزجاجية تلبي معايير الجودة والأبعاد.

التعامل مع صفائح الزجاج ونقلها وتخزينها بشكل آمن لتجنب الكسر أو الإصابة.

إجراء الصيانة الدورية للأدوات والمعدات.

الحفاظ على النظافة والتنظيم في منطقة العمل.

اتبع جميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة وارتدِ معدات الحماية الشخصية المناسبة.
