Quantity Surveyor

Assist the projects team by providing support in commercial activities by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for the Fit out operations.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform the commercial activities (viz. contractual documentation and writing)

• Preparation and tracking of variation submittals

• Preparation of progress billing

• Check Bill of Quantities (BOQs) against the drawings to raise claims and assist the Project Manager (PM) with cost monitoring and controlling

• Assist in collecting and processing of additional orders from suppliers for the active projects

• Ensure compliance with the commercial framework

• Carry out QS function, BOQ preparation, management and measurement activities, etc.

• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same position

• Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and contractual background

• Able to finalize contractual terms with contractors and proficient in MS Office applications

• Suitable knowledge and familiarity with the interiors industry

• Good technical awareness with the ability to solve problems and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment

• Efficient use of time, high responsibility level, and dependability

Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the same position

• Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and contractual background

• Fully astute in the various forms of FIDIC Contracts

• Capable of handling projects valued AED 50–100M

• Able to finalize contractual terms with contractors and proficient in MS Office applications

• Suitable knowledge and familiarity with the interiors industry

• Good technical awareness with the ability to solve problems and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment

• Efficient use of time, high responsibility level, and dependability

مساح كميات (Quantity Surveyor)

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ الأنشطة التجارية مثل إعداد الوثائق التعاقدية وكتابة العقود.

• إعداد ومتابعة طلبات التغييرات (Variation Submittals).

• إعداد الفواتير المرحلية (Progress Billing).

• مراجعة جداول الكميات (BOQs) مقابل الرسومات لرفع المطالبات ومساعدة مدير المشروع في متابعة ورصد التكاليف.

• المساعدة في جمع ومعالجة الطلبات الإضافية من الموردين للمشاريع النشطة.

• ضمان الالتزام بالإطار التجاري للشركة.

• تنفيذ مهام مساح الكميات، إعداد وإدارة وقياس جداول الكميات.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• مؤهل ذي صلة بمساحة الكميات وخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نفس المجال.

• معرفة جيدة بالمساحة التعاقدية والخلفية القانونية للعقود.

• القدرة على إتمام الشروط التعاقدية مع المقاولين وإتقان تطبيقات MS Office.

• معرفة مناسبة وصلة بصناعة التشطيبات الداخلية.

• وعي تقني جيد مع القدرة على حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.

• مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة، والقدرة على العمل بنجاح في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.

• استخدام فعال للوقت، مستوى عالي من المسؤولية والاعتمادية.

مساح كميات أول / كبير (Senior Quantity Surveyor)

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• مؤهل ذي صلة بمساحة الكميات وخبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في نفس المجال.

• معرفة قوية بالخلفية التعاقدية لمساحة الكميات.

• إلمام تام بمختلف أشكال عقود FIDIC.

• القدرة على إدارة مشاريع بقيمة تتراوح بين 50 – 100 مليون درهم.

• القدرة على إتمام الشروط التعاقدية مع المقاولين وإتقان تطبيقات MS Office.

• معرفة مناسبة بصناعة التشطيبات الداخلية.

• وعي تقني جيد مع القدرة على حل المشكلات والانتباه للتفاصيل.

• مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة، والقدرة على العمل بنجاح في بيئة متعددة الجنسيات.

• استخدام فعال للوقت، مستوى عالي من المسؤولية والاعتمادية.
