Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and project development.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present architectural concepts and detailed designs.

• Create technical drawings, plans, and layouts for construction.

• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout project stages.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation.

• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, safety standards, and regulations.

Draughtsman

Qualifications:

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية.

• -خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التصميم المعماري وتطوير المشاريع.

• إجادة برامج AutoCAD وRevit وSketchUp وAdobe Creative Suite.

• معرفة قوية بقوانين وأنظمة البناء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض.

المسؤوليات:

• تطوير وتقديم المفاهيم المعمارية والتصاميم التفصيلية.

• إنشاء الرسومات الفنية والخطط والتخطيطات للبناء.

• التنسيق مع العملاء والمهندسين والمقاولين طوال مراحل المشروع.
