Key job responsibilities

 Interface and direct vendors involved in new security construction, repairs, daily security operations and patrols, and planning.

 Extract metrics and observe improvements by looking at hard data.

 Make suggestions on improving electronic surveillance and access controls.

 Direct efforts to educate data center occupants on false alarm reductions.

Basic Qualifications

 A J.D., LLB or equivalent degree and admission to practice law

 Minimum 3+ years of legal experience following bar admission.

 Previous work experience in a law firm, government, or in-house at a technology company.

 Transactional experience, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

 Professional fluency in English, written and spoken. In addition, professional fluency in either Arabic or Turkish.

 Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 Familiarity with cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and telecommunications policies, laws, and regulations.

 Familiarity with data protection laws.

 Experience with IT transactions, including services agreements.

 Knowledge of government procurement processes and contracting laws, rules, and regulations.

 The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, fast learning, self-motivated, enjoy working hard and being challenged, able to work independently and at times with little supervision, and demonstrate sound judgment in challenging and ambiguous situations.
