Senior Mechanic

Key Activities And Accountabilities

 Maintain codes and programs for computer-controlled machinery, record parts and materials used and order or requisition new parts and materials as required. 

 Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear, record repairs and maintenance performed. 

 Analyse test results, machine error messages and information obtained from operators to diagnose equipment problems. 

 Study blueprints and manufacturers' manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery. 

 Clean, lubricate and adjust parts, equipment and machinery. 

 Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs and reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing or repairs. 

 Repair, restore and maintain the operating condition of machinery and equipment, replacing broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment. 

 Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters and other testing devices. 

 Operate newly repaired machinery and equipment to verify the adequacy of repairs. 

Job Knowledge And Qualifications

 2+ years experience of machines and tools, including uses, design, repair and maintenance

 2+ years experience of the practical application of engineering/computer science and technology; applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

 صيانة الرموز والبرامج الخاصة بالآلات التي يتم التحكم فيها بواسطة الكمبيوتر، وتسجيل الأجزاء والمواد المستخدمة وطلب أو الحصول على أجزاء ومواد جديدة حسب الحاجة. 

 فحص الأجزاء بحثًا عن العيوب مثل الكسر والتآكل المفرط، وتسجيل الإصلاحات والصيانة التي تم إجراؤها. 

 تحليل نتائج الاختبار ورسائل خطأ الجهاز والمعلومات التي تم الحصول عليها من المشغلين لتشخيص مشاكل المعدات. 

 دراسة المخططات ودليل الشركات المصنعة لتحديد التركيب والتشغيل الصحيح للآلات. 

 تنظيف وتزييت وضبط الأجزاء والمعدات والآلات. 

 تفكيك الآلات والمعدات لإزالة الأجزاء وإجراء الإصلاحات وإعادة تجميع المعدات بعد الانتهاء من عمليات التفتيش أو الاختبار أو الإصلاحات. 

 إصلاح واستعادة وصيانة الحالة التشغيلية للآلات والمعدات، واستبدال المكونات المكسورة أو المعطلة للآلات والمعدات. 

 مراقبة واختبار تشغيل الآلات والمعدات من أجل تشخيص الأعطال، باستخدام أجهزة الفولتميتر وأجهزة الاختبار الأخرى. 

 تشغيل الآلات والمعدات التي تم إصلاحها حديثًا للتحقق من مدى كفاية الإصلاحات. 

المعرفة والمؤهلات الوظيفية

 خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في الآلات والأدوات، بما في ذلك الاستخدامات والتصميم والإصلاح والصيانة

 - خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في التطبيق العملي للهندسة / علوم الكمبيوتر والتكنولوجيا؛ وتطبيق المبادئ والتقنيات والإجراءات والمعدات لتصميم وإنتاج السلع والخدمات المختلفة.
