Manager Airside Works Approvals

Key Job Responsibilities:

Support the Airside Works Approval Senior Manager in maintaining the GCAA Aerodrome Certificate for ADIA and other GAA and Alain through the effective implementation and monitoring of the Safety & Compliance of all works in airside from start until completion.

Support the Airside Works and Approval Senior Manager in developing, reviewing, updating and communicating AWAC/ATAC and other airside works policies, manuals, procedures and ensure that they are continually reviewed in order to meet the Aerodrome Certificate and GCAA Regulatory Requirements.

Support the Airside Works and Approval Senior Manager in developing strategic safety and operational objectives and key performance indicators for works in the aerodrome.

Support the Airside Works and Approval Senior Manager in identifying safety and operational risks that require escalation to senior management through the relevant management meetings.

Support the Airside Works and Approval Senior Manager in initiating and full implementation of ATAC/AWAC and other Airside Works procedures in GAA and Alain.

Lead and direct the Airside Works Senior Officers ensuring compliance with objectives, standards and measurements, regulatory requirements, international standards and best practice.

Head of Retail and F&B

The key responsibilities associated with this role are as follows:

Prepare and communicate sectional objectives and plan in line with division/department’s strategic objectives and operational plan and in line with Abu Dhabi Airports strategic performance management framework and scorecard.

Develop strategic direction and direct the activities to identify trends in the passenger demographics, preferences, and identify opportunities to optimize revenues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Manager and development of income projections, space planning and design, selection of operators, product promotions, rent structuring and facilitate concession pricing policy.

Develop and lead ongoing forecasting, budgeting and managing of all concessions and concession related activities like annual budget, monthly forecasts, analyze passenger statistics, market and financial data on a monthly basis to provide business updates and achieve KPIS and monitor budget revenues and spend.

Develop and manage the negotiation and management of retail concession agreements, including food and beverage and duty free and its amendments.

Leading negotiations to fully understand general retail development and retail opportunities at Abu Dhabi Airports.

Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners, including assessment against the existing retail mix and financial benchmarking.

Establish the policies and procedures for effective management of F&B concessions, including policies for the relationship between Abu Dhabi Airports and other agencies like Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority and how this impacts third party concession partners.

دعم مدير أول أعمال الجانب الجوي والموافقة في تطوير ومراجعة وتحديث وتوصيل سياسات وأدلة وإجراءات AWAC / ATAC وأعمال الجانب الجوي الأخرى والتأكد من مراجعتها باستمرار من أجل تلبية متطلبات شهادة المطار ومتطلبات الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني التنظيمية.

دعم مدير الأعمال والموافقات في الجانب الجوي في تطوير أهداف السلامة الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للأعمال في المطار.

دعم مدير الأعمال والموافقات في تحديد مخاطر السلامة والتشغيل التي تتطلب التصعيد إلى الإدارة العليا من خلال اجتماعات الإدارة ذات الصلة.

دعم مدير أعمال الجانب الجوي والموافقة في البدء والتنفيذ الكامل لإجراءات ATAC / AWAC وأعمال الجانب الجوي الأخرى في GAA و Alain.

قيادة وتوجيه كبار ضباط أعمال الجانب الجوي لضمان الامتثال للأهداف والمعايير والقياسات والمتطلبات التنظيمية والمعايير الدولية وأفضل الممارسات.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية المرتبطة بهذا الدور هي كما يلي:

إعداد وتوصيل الأهداف والخطط القطاعية بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للقسم/القسم والخطة التشغيلية وبما يتماشى مع إطار إدارة الأداء الاستراتيجي وبطاقة الأداء في مطارات أبو ظبي.

تطوير الاتجاه الاستراتيجي وتوجيه الأنشطة لتحديد الاتجاهات في التركيبة السكانية للركاب وتفضيلاتهم وتحديد الفرص لتحسين الإيرادات وتعزيز رضا العملاء.

مدير وتطوير توقعات الدخل وتخطيط المساحة وتصميمها واختيار المشغلين وترويج المنتجات وهيكلة الإيجار وتسهيل سياسة تسعير الامتيازات.

تطوير وقيادة التوقعات المستمرة والميزانية وإدارة جميع الامتيازات والأنشطة المتعلقة بالامتيازات مثل الميزانية السنوية والتوقعات الشهرية وتحليل إحصاءات الركاب وبيانات السوق والمالية على أساس شهري لتوفير تحديثات الأعمال وتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية ومراقبة إيرادات الميزانية والإنفاق.

تطوير وإدارة التفاوض وإدارة اتفاقيات الامتياز للبيع بالتجزئة، بما في ذلك الأغذية والمشروبات والإعفاء من الرسوم الجمركية وتعديلاتها.

قيادة المفاوضات لفهم كامل للتطورات العامة في مجال البيع بالتجزئة وفرص البيع بالتجزئة في مطارات أبو ظبي.
