ZMI Holdings is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a talented Tax Associate to join our dynamic team!
What You’ll Do:
- Manage VAT & CT compliance, returns, and filings for GCC entities.
- Advise on Corporate Tax regulations and impact on different jurisdictional projects.
- Assist in tax audits, preparation, and submission.
- Support in tax planning and providing tax strategy advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to tax laws.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tax developments and strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA or CA qualified; GCC VAT & Corporate Tax diploma is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in tax advisory and compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Senior Risk Analyst
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related discipline.
- ISO22301 certification and/or ISO31000 certification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in BCM, ERM & FRM and related operations in a large organization, including 2+ years of UAE experience.

- درجة البكالوريوس في أي مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة سنتين في توظيف الطاقم في صناعة البحرية.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة، خاصة عند التعامل مع جنسيات مختلفة.
- اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على الأداء دون إشراف أو مساعدة.
- الخبرة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
موظف مشتريات
المؤهلات:

محلل مخاطر أول
المؤهلات:
- درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة، إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- شهادة ISO22301 و/أو ISO31000 أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة استمرارية الأعمال، وإدارة المخاطر المؤسسية، وإدارة مخاطر المالية، والعمليات ذات الصلة في منظمة كبيرة، بما في ذلك سنتين من الخبرة في الإمارات.
مهارات خاصة بالوظيفة:
- مهارات تفكير استراتيجي وحس تجاري استثنائي.
